Nicole Robson Bio Visual Artist Born in Horsham, Victoria, raised in Perth Western Australia, Nicole now resides and works in Hobart Tasmania.
Nicole has recently received a Masters in Fine Art, Working primarily in photography. Her recent exhibitions includes Pane, a collaboration with performance group MADE, presented in Hobart (Shop Front Windows), Launceston (Junction 2010) and Brisbane (Under the Radar, Arts Festival). In June 2010, Nicole traveled to Lausanne, Switzerland to participate in reGeneration2: tomorrows photographers today, launched at the Musée de lElysée. and touring to countries such as China, South Africa, USA, and France. In January 2011 Nicole received a Marie Edwards Travel scholarship to attend the opening and folio review at the Aperture foundation in New York. This exhibition also included a publication of the same name, printed by Thames and Hudson. Her most recent exhibitions include groups shows at CAST Gallery, Princess, a collaboration presented in the Peacock Theatre, Hobart, The Australian Centre for Photography, Sydney and a solo exhibition at Edmund Pearce Gallery, Melbourne. Nicole is currently exhibiting in a group show, Come to life... at the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, Launceston.
